The staff here were super friendly most of the time 💁♂️. the location was great for exploring a peaceful area not too far from the city center and other attractions. the Oud Zuid district is definitely a must-visit!

I really enjoyed my time in Amsterdam. the hotel felt cozy in the midst of city life during my 2-day stay. the staff members were incredibly helpful. My king room was equipped with modern amenities like central heating, a personal safe, and a multi-channel TV. Having a bathtub in the bathroom was a nice touch. the location of the property was comfortable and couldn't be beat, with easy access to the city center, gardens, tram stations, and great restaurants.

I recently stayed at Xaviera's bed and breakfast for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, which was a nice extra touch. The breakfast provided was delicious and I loved that they allowed cats and dogs, including my own furry friend. The owners, Xaviera and Phillip, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was like stepping into a museum or art gallery, with its unique and artistic decor. it was a pleasant and original experience.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was absolutely amazing with a super comfy king size bed and a balcony! There was even a fridge and a table with chairs for convenience. The updated shower room and toilet were spotless and shared with only one other room. The hosts, Philip and Xaviera, were incredibly lovely and interesting to talk to. The location was perfect with great shops nearby and easy access to trams. The nearby restaurant, Fidelio, was absolutely superb. the stay was mind-blowing, with top-notch amenities and fantastic hosts.

The room at Xaviera's Bed And Breakfast in Amsterdam was cozy and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home, which was perfect for a young traveler like me.
The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit on the smaller side for my liking, but I understand that others might still find it adequate.
